Nuno graduated from Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine — one of the oldest TCM universities in China — where he studied, interned in a hospital, and honed his clinical skills alongside his Mandarin Chinese. He has been practising acupuncture across the UK for over a decade, now based at his clinic in Newtown, Powys.

He specialises in acupuncture and has achieved significant results treating both acute and chronic conditions. Beyond his clinical work, Nuno is a scholar and researcher of Chinese medicine and culture.
